As a club we are affiliated to the BRCA & therefore anybody who enters the pits or trackside needs to be a member of the BRCA - either through the club or own affiliation.

RACE FEES
Competitors must pay on the day for racing. (See the treasurer for pricing)
RACING
The race meeting will be run via a timing system that ensures we finish within time – Be ready on the line for your heat/race as the clock will not wait for you. Please be ready for your race and on the rostrum no later than the two minute warning. No warm up laps once the 30 second race start signal sounds.
No driver to leave the rostrum before the heat or race end for whatever reason. Doing so will lose that driver his or her FTD.
There are no race event repairs. IE:- If you crash and have damaged or broken your car or the car stops on track for whatever reason. Then you must wait quietly on the rostrum until the end of the race / heat.
Absolutely no swearing on the rostrum or in race control - Excessive use of bad language will result in the driver being asked to leave the meeting.
Talking on the rostrum should be at kept to a minimum as some drivers find it off putting.
Absolutely no shouting from the rostrum at the marshals, Not everybody is light on their feet. It is not the fault of the marshal, you have crashed out, The marshals are told by the race director how to behave, so if you have a problem, discuss it with the race director and under no circumstances confront or complain to a marshal whoever they may be.
MARSHALLING
All drivers are to marshal the heat/race after their own heat/race. If for any reason you cannot marshal, it is your responsibility to get another person to marshal for you. Failure to marshal or getting someone to marshal for you will result in the loss of FTD.
If you are unable to marshal, you must inform the race director.
Children marshalling under the age of 14 years should be accompanied/supervised by a guardian.
All marshals must wear a high visibility vest (Outdoors – Summer Season Only).
Marshalling should be done safely, make sure you do not run onto the track in front of cars racing & wait till its safe to do so.
When returning someone’s car to the track, do not merely dump it on the track, make sure it is facing the right way, and if it has jumped track markings, be sure to return it to the side it came from.
Be especially careful not to place a car back in front of an oncoming car.
At the end of the heat that you are marshalling, do not leave your point until all cars have finished.
TRACKSIDE RULES
No food or beverages are allowed into the racing area.
Spectators are not to stand inside the track boundaries.

Be race aware and allow faster or lapping cars to pass.
All disputes are discussed with the race director.
